The overall effect I feel from our sessions together is that now there is
more space in my mind. There is less of the old programming running in the background. My subconscious has been freed of having to look for situations that the old programming would need to be acted upon. 

As if by magic, the issues we addressed are no longer there.
A 'side-effect' is that now I can see subtler layers of programming
that I would like to address.
